Instructions for use

HUMER Blocked Nose can be used in any position.

  • Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.
  • Press on the nozzle
  • 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril 2 to 3 times per day.
  • Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use.
